The Federative Republic of Brazil, through the Palácio do Planalto, formally and strongly repudiates the most recent actions of the so-called Prime Minister of the Bloxburg United Kingdom (BUK), Mr. Donovan Moore.
Mr. Donovan Moore, whose erratic and egocentric leadership has transformed the BUK into an eccentric dictatorship, continues to employ censorship and suppression as tools to silence not only international critics but also his own citizens who attempt to expose, with facts and truth, the actual state of affairs within his nation.
Instead of working to address his government's critical failures, Mr. Moore has chosen the path of arrogance, acting childishly and mobilizing what he calls his “deadbrain citizens” to conduct coordinated verbal and digital attacks against Brazilian civilians and institutions, simply because Brazil refused to obey his illegitimate demands.
On July 5, 2025, the Brazilian government received a series of threats from Donovan Moore personally addressed to the Brazilian President, in which Moore sought to pressure this administration to implement total censorship over the Brazilian press – public and private alike – under the false pretext of so-called “national security concerns.” It is crucial to make clear that the Brazilian government operates under the rule of law, where censorship of the press is constitutionally forbidden and regarded as a direct violation of national sovereignty and individual freedoms.
Even so, in the spirit of diplomacy and reason, President Jair Messias Bolsonaro personally offered Donovan Moore countless opportunities to initiate direct dialogue with Brazilian media outlets to address any concerns. Mr. Moore, driven by an inflated ego, abandoned the negotiation table and, following the pattern that led to the downfall of BUSA (Bloxburg United States of America), chose instead to initiate a direct campaign to tarnish Brazil’s international reputation.
Let it be unequivocally stated: THE BRAZILIAN PEOPLE HAVE GIVEN THEIR ANSWER – BRAZIL BELONGS TO THE BRAZILIANS! OUR NATION EXISTS FOR OUR PEOPLE! AND WE WILL NOT BOW TO THE DEMANDS OF DONOVAN MOORE!
We call upon the international community to witness the clear authoritarianism of the BUK leadership and to support Brazil’s commitment to sovereignty, freedom of the press, and the defense of our national identity.
From this day forward, the Federative Republic of Brazil reinforces the global campaign:
